Terms & Conditions – Kadva Patel Samaj Dwarka (Online Room Booking)
Booking and Confirmation
All room bookings made through our portal are subject to availability. A valid booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation email/SMS. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid government ID proof must be presented at the time of check-in for all guests.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of one night’s tariff. No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow community guidelines. Smoking, alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on premises. Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund for inappropriate behavior.
Facility Usage
Pure vegetarian food only. Kitchen access is restricted. Management not responsible for loss of valuables. Visitors allowed only in common areas with prior permission.
